BLOOD BANK

On October 2, 1998, Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust (CCT) was founded by Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi with the help of Allu Arvind. CCT has two primary wings: a blood bank and an eye bank.

 

CCT has collected 9,25,200 units of blood over the course of twenty-three years. For the years 2002 and 2003, CCT was also awarded the coveted “Best Voluntary Blood Bank” award by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh.
